Beef Share

Gone is the “Beef Quarter” and “Beef Value Pack”.  We have heard from folks that the cuts can be a bit inconsistent in size and are not always as good looking as some of our retail cuts.  So we have re figured the cut sheet with our butcher and have a new way of offering bulk discounts on beef.  Introducing the “Beef Share”!  

One beef share is the equivalent of the former Beef Value Pack.  You can also order a double share, or a triple share (the equivalent of a beef quarter) and get price breaks with each.  You will see thicker cut steaks, more of a focus on premium cuts, and the addition of the “skirt, flank, flat iron or hanger” option.  Hopefully this makes bulk beef from Warren Wilson as good of a value as ever and puts more delicious beef in your freezer
