Usually between 15 – 20 lbs, all of our lamb is vacuum-sealed, labeled, and frozen. Ahalf will include: 1 Leg, 1 Boneless Shoulder Roast, Bone-In Loin and Rib Chops (2/pack), Stew Meat (1lb packs), Ground Lamb (1 lb packs), 2 shanks, ½ liver.
