Our pastured pork country style ribs are not actually ribs at all, but they sure do look like them! Country style ribs are actually thick and meaty sections of the butt/shoulder that are cut to resemble and cook like ribs, but with less bone and more meaty goodness. There's lots of great recipes out there for these delicious morsels, but you can cook them just the way you would any other rib recipe and they will turn out fantastic. Dry rub, smoked, sauced, low and slow and any other way you can imagine these will make rib converts out of anyone who takes them on.
