These steaks are cut from the top and bottom rounds of our pasture pork hams. They are then tenderized and vacuum sealed with 4 steaks per package. These pork cube steaks are great for schnitzel, stir frys, country fried steak or anywhere else you can imagine some thin porky goodness coming in handy. Cube steak is more commonly cut from the beef round, but we think our pork cube steaks are a tender and delicious change of pace.
