Pastured Pork Quarter

A pork quarter is a great way to get a bulk discount on our fantastic pasture raised pork.  A typical quarter weighs about 35lbs and is a savings of around $50 from retail cut prices.  Each quarter includes

12 bone in pork chops (2/pack)

1 pack of Spare Ribs

1 Butt/Shoulder Roast

1 Ham Roast

~10 packs of Sage Country Breakfast Sausage (1lb/pack)
