From our very own pasture pigs this whole jowl is cured, smoked and packaged by the fantastic folks over at Benton's Country Hams in Tennessee.  These smoked jowls are great as a different twist on bacon and are perfect for any breakfast plate or dish where you would normally use bacon.  Cured pork jowl is also a key ingredient in Pasta Carbonara and these jowls will not disappoint as the shining star in that dish.  Add one to a charcuterie board, send it to your foodie uncle as an interesting holiday gift, or just slice it up and eat it with eggs these jowls will not disappoint!
